Jet Lag Formula works! Travel from California to Norway

We recently had the opportunity to put it to the test on trip from Los Angeles California and Oslo Norway with a nine hour time difference. The verdict? It works!  Our itinerary started by flying from LAX to Philadelphia, stopping for 4  hours before boarding the 8 hour flight to Oslo, landing the next day around noon. We followed the directions and were right on schedule after a quick nap.
