Look for the Route 66 Diner ar the center of Concourse A & B; there is also one on Concourse B.
Atlanta ATL
You will find designated smoking areas located within the T-Gates area and terminals A, B, C, D, E.
Concourse A near gate A23
Concourse B near gate B5
Cincinnati International CVG
Lounges and bars where you can smoke are located throughout the terminal(s).
Denver International DIA
Concourse A- look for the Mesa Verde restaurant,
Concourse B-Aviators Lounge (upstairs)
Concourse C - Smoking Bear Lounge
Honolulu International HNL
There are ‘outdoor’ lounges with in the terminal
Louisville International SDF
You will find a smoking lounge in the Main Terminal on the mezzanine level.
Nashville International Airport

Nashville International Airport (BNA), though the airport had gone completely non-smoking due to state laws, a company has recently opened 2 Graycliff cigar stores located at gates B9 and C10 that contain smoking lounges. The stores sell cigars, chocolate and cigar accessories and the smoking lounges can be used all day by anyone (including cigarette smokers) for a minimum $4.00 purchase
Salt Lake City SLC
Lower levels of both Concourses A and B, and in the Concourse E lobby.

St. Louis Lambert International STL

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is not on your list.
